Our Hair Stylists in St. Louis
Stylist | Creative Director | Owner
Tina always dreamed of having her own salon. For as long as she can remember, she has loved doing hair. At 16, she started as a receptionist at a local hair salon. Then while in cosmetology school she began managing and went on to apprentice and build her book. Ultimately, she worked as the education director at some of the best salons in St Louis.
For more than a decade, clients have relied on Tina’s expertise so they can rock the hottest trends, while still enjoying hairstyles that work every day. It is little wonder that Tina became one of the most highly sought after hair stylists in the Greater St. Louis Area.
Once Tina made the decision to take steps towards creating her dream of serving her clients in her own hair salon, everything seemed to just fall into place. Tina says, “The location fell into my lap. I found a great stylist along the way, and my clients were thrilled when I told them!”
Your Hair Color, My Specialty
Tina has a passion for learning and studying current color trends in the industry. This has led her on a journey, traveling the world, in an effort to source the latest hair color techniques from the best in the industry. From balayage, to ombré, to multi-dimensional hair color, Tina uses her extensive knowledge to bring clients’ dream hair color to life.
Tina pays special attention to making her clients feel beautiful and recharged. She says, “I love connecting with people, listening to their needs, and making them feel beautiful inside and out. I love enhancing what is already there and making them feel beautiful.” For this reason, Tina favors lived-in color, as well as wash-and-wear hair.
Tina also specializes in bridal makeup, contouring, and natural-looking makeup. Her signature scalp massage with a hair mask is quite popular with clients.
When it comes to treating her clients well, Tina has a special touch. They love their hairstyle and color, and they love how they feel at Haven Salon.

As a creative stylist, Charity takes her inspiration from nature. Her ultimate goal is that her clients leave the salon feeling beautiful in their own skin.
So whether it’s a Balayage application on straight hair, or the Pintura technique on curly hair, you can trust her to create a wonderful style and color combination that’ll lift you up to your fullest beauty potential.
Where color is concerned, this often means creating an organic, natural appearance through application techniques and foil-work. She says, “Nature is imperfectly perfect! When the sun kisses our hair, a variety of natural highlights appear and I like to recreate this look!”
Clean and Green Beauty
Charity is passionate about using clean, minimalist, and organic hair care products. When you book a hair color treatment with Charity, you will only get plant-based hair color that is gentle on the hair, and features organic ingredients.
As much as possible, Charity also chooses products that support local women entrepreneurs. Currently, she uses Under Luna natural handcrafted hair care for most of her in-salon treatments.
Charity’s Hair Story
Like most great stories, Charity’s hair care journey started with a need. “As my children got older, and as my marriage began to crumble, I knew I wanted and needed something for me.”
“I wanted a career that gave me freedom, flexibility, and a connection with women. I also needed a way to support myself and my children moving forward.
“I quickly realized that hair styling offered my soul everything I wanted in a fulfilling career.”
Today, if you were to ask Charity what she loves most about doing hair, she would say that she loves the space she gets to hold for creativity, the ever-evolving industry, and the precious relationships she has with her clients.
